Nutritional efficiency summarizes how well a food trades calories for protein and fiber against your daily targets:

(2 × %daily_protein + %daily_fiber) / (3 × %daily_calories)

Values around 1.0 or higher mean the food helps you hit protein and fiber goals without overspending calories. Very low values (think sugar-sweetened soda) add calories without moving macros meaningfully.
